I've heard that from some1, he said that u should incorporate leg curls into ur routine cuz they target sum of the small muscles in ur legs that dont get hit through squatting or doing lunges, is this true?

Mike Smith Depends what leg eexercises you do, on my leg day i do SLDL, Squats, leg press, leg curl, standing and seated calf raises. Pretty much hits everything, do it just once a week.
